    Most field-service suites price by seat, behind a demo. Thorbis posts one company price and a public rate card. The pricing page is the pitch.

  • Software built from inside a service business

    The founder is a master plumber who ran dispatch, estimating, payroll, and reporting in his own plumbing and septic company before building the software he wanted.

  • Honesty as a product stance

    A reviews page with zero reviews on it, roadmap items that keep their status words, and an ROI page that refuses to project revenue lift. The marketing is auditable on purpose.
