The long job isn’t waiting for a module.
Shops run multi-day commercial work on Thorbis today. What follows is what Core does now: the part of this page that is a product, not a plan.
Progress billing
Long jobs already bill in draws in Core: an invoice per stage of the work, not one number at the end of a quarter.
Multi-day scheduling
Install and project days run beside the service board now. Crews hold their days without borrowing the emergency trucks.
The record
Photos, notes, signatures, and time accumulate on the job as it runs: the raw material every closeout binder is made of.
Commercial customers
A company with twelve sites is one customer with twelve service locations, each with its own history.
The long job
It starts as a drawing.
Phases on paper become crews on days, draws on invoices, and changes on the record. The drawing deserves software with the same spine.

Projects has not shipped, so this page makes no production claims about it: no screenshots of software that doesn’t exist, no price for a module that isn’t buyable, no customer story about a thing no customer has run. The design is being shaped with the commercial contractors closest to the work. When it ships, this page becomes a product page. Not before.
