Support

A person, not a queue.

Email the team before you buy. Once the board is live, support stays tied to your account, your dispatcher, and the job that made the day hard.

Human support

Two addresses. Neither is a ticket queue.

Write before you start and the same team answers after the board is live, with the account and the job in front of them.

What shops call about.

The board is wrong. A tech starts Monday. An invoice is stuck. The leak hit at 6 a.m. Those are the calls.

  • The board is wrong

A status that doesn’t match the truck. A job on the wrong truck. We load the board with you and stay.

  • A new tech starts Monday

They get the phone. You do not get a seat invoice. We walk Arrive once if they want it.

  • An invoice is stuck

Due that will not go paid. A $40,000 job that should not be a card. We look at the job, not a ticket.

  • It’s 6 a.m. and the leak is on the board

Shop hours include the morning the day starts. A person who knows your dispatcher. Not a queue.

How support actually works.

  • Before the board opens

Email the team with your trade, crew, current system, and the first thing you want to fix. The first conversation starts with the work, not a pitch deck.

  • We walk the board with you

We load your board, send a tech, and stay until dispatch feels like yours. We do not mail a login.

  • A note becomes a change

Stuck invoice. New tech. A better way to mark Arrive. Email the team with the job and what happened. We would rather hear it than read it in a survey.

  • After you are live

The conversation changes from fit to the live job, but it does not become a ticket maze. Support gets the account and workflow context it needs to help.

Before you write

Owners ask this first.

The right route, the first useful details, whether a walkthrough is waiting, and what changes after you start.

Start

Get the board. Keep a person close.

Start with the work you need to run. If you want to talk it through first, email the team. Once you are live, support has the account context to help.
