Customer Intake & CRM
Customer referral program
Turn happy customers into a tracked referral channel.
Overview
Jobber includes referral tracking and rewards. Thorbis has no referral workflow.
What we're building
Your happiest customers are your best source of new work, but without a way to track who sent whom, referrals stay an informal thank-you instead of a real channel.
Thorbis is exploring a referral program with customer-specific links and codes that attribute new customers back to the person who sent them. Referrers can earn rewards or account credits, and reporting shows which customers are actually driving new business. Instead of guessing where leads come from, you would see your referral channel as clearly as any other. It is for owners who want to turn word-of-mouth into something they can measure and reward.
