The program
Service-related texts for field-service businesses (appointment reminders, technician ETAs, service confirmations) delivered through Telnyx. Not marketing.

Consent
Messages go only to people who provided their number and agreed to receive them. Consent is never a condition of purchasing anything.

Frequency and rates
Volume follows active appointments. Multiple texts per service visit are possible. Carriers may charge standard message and data rates; Thorbis adds no fees.

Opting out and help
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, START to resume, or HELP for assistance, or contact support@thorbis.com with “SMS Program” in the subject.

Data handling
Numbers and consent records are stored securely and shared only with Telnyx for delivery, never sold, never used for affiliate marketing.

Delivery and compliance
Neither Thorbis nor the carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program runs under TCPA and 10DLC rules, and service businesses remain responsible for their own consent compliance.
