Customer Intake & CRM

Lead source attribution and ROI

Planned

Know which marketing channels actually book jobs, not just calls.

Overview

Housecall Pro tracks lead source on calls and jobs. Thorbis captures some attribution but lacks channel ROI dashboards.

What we're building

You spend on ads, yard signs, referrals, and online listings, but at month's end you can't say which ones turned into paying jobs, only which ones rang the phone. That makes the marketing budget a guess.

Thorbis is building lead source attribution that tags where each customer and job came from, ties tracking phone numbers and campaigns back to their channel, and rolls it up into revenue and job counts per source. Import your ad spend and it shows cost per booked job, so you can put money where the work actually comes from. For owners and office managers deciding where the marketing budget goes.

What you'll be able to do

  • Lead source on customer and job creation
  • Campaign and phone number attribution
  • Revenue and job count by channel
  • Cost-per-booked-job when ad spend imported
  • Compare marketing channels side by side
  • See which sources book jobs, not just generate calls
