Sales pipeline board

Planned

Move leads from quote to booked job on a visual pipeline.

Overview

Housecall Pro and Jobber include kanban-style sales boards. Thorbis has a pipeline module but needs tighter estimate-to-job automation.

What we're building

Quotes go out and then disappear into someone's memory, you can't see at a glance which deals are live, which are going cold, and which are ready to book.

Thorbis is building a visual sales pipeline where every lead moves through clear stages from first quote to booked job. Moving a card can trigger automations, and stale opportunities surface before they slip away. When a deal is won or lost, you capture the reason, so over time you learn what's actually closing work. For owners and sales-minded CSRs who want follow-up to be a system, not a sticky note.

What you'll be able to do

  • Kanban stages from lead to booked job
  • Automations on stage change
  • Stale opportunity alerts
  • Win/loss reason tracking
  • See every open opportunity at a glance
  • Tighten the hand-off from estimate to booked job

How to send useful feedback

Name the blocked role

Product feedback is more useful when it names the owner, dispatcher, technician, office user, or customer affected.

Explain the workaround

Describe what your team does today and where the process fails under real work.

Define success

Share what would change after launch: time saved, fewer manual steps, cleaner records, or better customer follow-up.
