Company Hub

PlannedLater in 2026Design and architecture review

An operational center that replaces the Content Portal, every post informs, requests action, preserves knowledge, or starts a conversation.

Overview

A static content portal becomes a dumping ground nobody acts on. Thorbis is designing Company Hub to replace it with an operational center where every post does real work, sharing information, requesting an action, preserving knowledge, or starting a conversation. The goal is one place where company communication drives operations instead of sitting unread, so announcements turn into follow-through.

What we're building

A static content portal becomes a place announcements go to die, people scroll past, nothing gets acted on, and important knowledge gets buried.

Thorbis is designing Company Hub to replace that portal with an operational center where every post does real work: it informs the team, requests a specific action, preserves knowledge people can find later, or starts a conversation tied to the job at hand. The aim is one place where company communication actually drives operations, announcements turn into tracked follow-through instead of unread posts. For companies that want internal communication to move work forward, not just fill a feed.

What you'll be able to do

  • Post updates that inform or request a specific action
  • Preserve company knowledge in one searchable place
  • Start conversations tied to real work
  • Replace the static Content Portal with an active hub
  • Turn announcements into tracked follow-through
  • Find past posts and knowledge with search

More in Platform Quality

How to send useful feedback

Name the blocked role

Product feedback is more useful when it names the owner, dispatcher, technician, office user, or customer affected.

Explain the workaround

Describe what your team does today and where the process fails under real work.

Define success

Share what would change after launch: time saved, fewer manual steps, cleaner records, or better customer follow-up.

Built for operators

A shared operating layer behind every page

Whether a buyer starts on an industry, feature, migration, or tool page, Thorbis routes the conversation back to the same product system: jobs, money, customers, and team work in one place.
