Customer Intake & CRM

Properties and service locations

ShippedGenerally available

Track service addresses and property details per customer.

Overview

Attach properties to customers so dispatch and invoicing always use the right address. Browse and edit locations from the work area with the same table patterns as jobs and customers.

What we're building

When a customer has more than one address, a home and a rental, or several sites, dispatch and invoicing can end up pointing at the wrong one. A truck sent to the wrong property is a wasted trip.

Properties and service locations let you attach addresses and details to each customer so dispatch and invoicing always use the right one. Browse and edit locations from the work area using the same table patterns as jobs and customers, so it feels familiar from day one.

This is for businesses that service multiple addresses per customer and need them tracked cleanly.

  • Attach properties and service locations to customers
  • Keep dispatch and invoicing on the right address
