Thorbis runs the contractor side of property work today. The facilities side (the building’s own operators on the same record) is a direction we are designing with a small council of operators, not a product we are selling yet. This page is the honest version of that.

This is a direction, not a product listing.
There is no facilities work-order module for sale on this site today, and we won’t describe one as if there were. What exists today is the contractor product (the board, the record, the invoice), documented everywhere else on this site. What follows is the thesis for the facilities side and the shape it is likely to take, offered so the right operators can help build it.
The building outlives everyone
Contractors change. Property managers change. The building (its equipment, its shutoffs, its service history) stays. Today that history is scattered across whoever happened to touch it.
The record already exists, on the other side
Every Thorbis contractor visit produces dated, photographed, signed work on a property. The facilities direction is simple: let the building's own operators see and steer that record.
One record, two sides
A work order raised by the building and a job dispatched by the contractor should be the same object, not two systems emailing PDFs at each other.
Designed with operators
The building gets a seat at the table.
Not a persona deck: five to ten real operators, in the room, deciding what the facilities side does first.

Equipment, warranties, service history, and documents per property, accumulated from real visits, not typed in during an onboarding weekend.

What was done, by whom, at which site, for how much, per building and per portfolio, from the same records the work created.
The Facilities Operator Council
Five to ten operators. Real buildings.
We’re recruiting a small council of facilities and property operators (people who run real portfolios and answer for real budgets) to shape the facilities side before a line of it is sold. Partners get direct access to the people building it and first use of anything credible. Participation is not a public endorsement: no partner’s name appears anywhere without written approval.
