Keep QuickBooks as the books

Jobs here. Chart of accounts there. One-way. Dry-run first.

    Run Tuesday first

    The board has to have jobs. We will not sync an empty shop into QuickBooks.

    Connect one company

    You pick the realm. Standard first-party is in Core. Not a $99 connector.

  3. 03

    Map, then dry-run

    Income, tax, clearing, bank. Oak goes through as a preview. We do not guess a missing account.

  4. 04

    Issued invoices land

    Thorbis → QuickBooks. Edits in QB show as drift. They do not overwrite the job.

Money is later, when the second login is the problem. Email support if a payout will not post.
