Inventory & Price Book
Customer-specific price book pricing
Special pricing agreements per customer on top of your catalog.
Overview
Override line items or categories for key accounts without duplicating your entire price book.
What we're building
Key accounts often negotiate their own pricing. Without a way to handle that, you either track the agreement in your head or copy your whole price book just to change a few numbers.
Thorbis is building customer-specific pricing that layers on top of your existing catalog. You can override individual line items or whole categories for a given customer, and that agreed pricing applies automatically, without duplicating your price book.
It is for contractors with repeat commercial or contract accounts who need agreed rates honored every time.
What you'll be able to do
- Set special pricing for a specific customer
- Override individual line items for key accounts
- Override pricing by category, not just one item
- Layer customer pricing on top of your existing catalog
- Avoid duplicating your price book for each account
- Honor agreed pricing automatically for that customer
