Dispatch & Work
New record menu completeness
Create projects, tasks, credits, photos, and more from the quick-add menu.
Overview
Several quick-add actions still toast coming soon. Each will open the proper create flow for that record type.
What we're building
The quick-add menu is meant to be the fast way to create a record, but several of its actions still showed a coming-soon toast instead of doing anything.
Thorbis is wiring each of those actions to its real create flow. You will be able to create projects, tasks, credits, photos, and more straight from quick-add, with each option opening the proper form for that record type.
It is for everyone who lives in the quick-add menu and expects every option in it to actually work.
What you'll be able to do
- Create a project from the quick-add menu
- Add a task from quick-add
- Issue a credit from the quick-add menu
- Add a photo from quick-add
- Open the proper create flow for each record type
- Stop hitting coming-soon toasts in quick-add
