Dispatch & Work

Customer arrival windows and SLA tracking

Planned

Promise 8-12 arrival windows and track late jobs before customers call.

Overview

Competitors let you book narrow arrival windows and alert dispatch when a tech is running late. Thorbis sends dispatch notifications but lacks formal SLA windows and breach dashboards.

What we're building

"Sometime today" is the kind of arrival promise that gets customers calling to ask where the tech is, and leaves dispatch scrambling when a job runs long and the next stop slips.

Thorbis is building configurable arrival windows you can put on appointments, with late-risk alerts that warn dispatch before a window is missed. Customers get ETA updates tied to the tech's live location, and SLA compliance reporting shows how often you are hitting the windows you promised. It is for dispatchers who would rather get ahead of a late job than hear about it from the customer.

What you'll be able to do

  • Configurable arrival windows on appointments
  • Late-risk alerts before SLA breach
  • Customer ETA updates tied to live location
  • SLA compliance reporting
  • Give customers a clear arrival window
  • Get ahead of late jobs before the customer calls
