Post-job satisfaction surveys

Exploring

Send a quick NPS survey after every completed job.

Overview

Competitors automate satisfaction surveys after service. Thorbis has no CSAT/NPS loop.

What we're building

You usually find out a customer was unhappy when it is too late, in a public review, or because they never called back. By then the chance to make it right is gone.

Thorbis is exploring post-job satisfaction surveys that send automatically when a job is completed, with the NPS or CSAT score landing right on the customer record. Scores roll up into technician scorecards, and low scores trigger an alert so you can reach out before a frustrated customer goes public. It is for teams that want a steady read on how their work is landing, job after job.

What you'll be able to do

  • Auto survey on job complete
  • NPS/CSAT score on customer record
  • Technician scorecards
  • Alert on detractor scores
  • Hear from customers right after the job
  • Reach unhappy customers before they go public
