Overview
Jobber Grow adds images to line items on quotes. Thorbis line items are text-only on customer PDFs.
What we're building
When you hand a customer an estimate, a text line like "condenser fan motor" means little to them, they can't picture what they're paying for, and that hesitation slows the sale.
Thorbis is looking at adding images to estimate line items so each option shows a photo right on the quote. Images can carry over automatically from your price book, so you set them once and they appear everywhere. Customers see the same photos on the portal version of the estimate, making the work easier to understand and approve.
