Platform Quality
Marketing campaign automation
Run email and SMS campaigns to past customers without a separate tool.
Overview
All three competitors offer built-in marketing campaigns. Thorbis marketing module exists but is not yet parity.
What we're building
Your best source of new work is the customers you already have, but reaching them usually means exporting lists into a separate email tool and hoping everything stays in sync.
Thorbis is building marketing campaigns directly into the platform, so you can segment past customers, build email and SMS messages, and send them without leaving your customer data behind. Campaigns can be scheduled and automated, and because they run on the same system as your jobs, you can see the revenue each one brings back. For owners who want repeat and reactivation business without bolting on another subscription.
