Postcard and direct mail campaigns
Mail postcards to neighborhoods you serve, from the same customer list.
Overview
Housecall Pro offers postcard marketing. Thorbis is digital-only today.
What we're building
Emails and texts get ignored, but a postcard in the mailbox still gets read, especially in the neighborhoods where you just finished a job and want the neighbors to know.
Thorbis marketing is digital-only today, so reaching people by mail means a separate vendor and a separate list. Thorbis is exploring postcard campaigns built on the same customer data: pick a template, target a customer segment or a list of zip codes, and hand off to a print-and-mail partner. Calls and jobs that come back get tracked to the campaign, so you can tell whether the mailing paid off.
