Inventory & Price Book

Field material capture

In progress

Log materials used on site without ever leaving the job screen.

Overview

When logging parts means switching apps, techs skip it, and shops bleed margin on materials that never get billed. Thorbis is building material capture right inside the job screen so techs add what they used in a couple of taps. You'll bill for the parts you actually installed and keep job costs accurate without back-office cleanup.

What we're building

When logging parts means switching apps, techs skip it, and shops bleed margin on materials that get installed but never billed.

Thorbis is building material capture right inside the job screen, so techs add what they used in a couple of taps. Items pull straight from your price book, quantities get captured on site, and each line can be flagged billable or warranty.

It's for field techs who don't want extra steps and the office that needs accurate job costs without back-office cleanup.

What you'll be able to do

  • Add materials to a job without leaving the screen
  • Pull items straight from your price book
  • Capture quantities used on site
  • Flag materials as billable or warranty
  • Keep job costs updated in real time
  • Log parts in a couple of taps from the field
  • Bill for the parts you actually installed
