Contracts

ShippedGenerally available

Create and manage customer contracts and templates.

Overview

Store contract templates and signed agreements linked to customers and jobs. Office staff can generate consistent terms without rebuilding documents from scratch each time.

What we're building

Rewriting the same agreement for every customer wastes time and invites mistakes, a wrong term here, a missing clause there. When contracts live in scattered documents, it is hard to find the signed version later when a job is in question or a customer disputes the scope.

Thorbis gives you contract templates and signed agreements stored in one place and linked to the customers and jobs they belong to. Office staff start from a template instead of a blank page, so terms stay consistent from one customer to the next, and the signed copy stays attached to the work it covers.

It is for the office team that handles agreements and needs them organized, consistent, and easy to pull up when it matters.

What you'll be able to do

  • Store reusable contract templates
  • Generate contracts without rebuilding documents each time
  • Keep terms consistent across customers
  • Link signed agreements to the related customer
  • Tie contracts to the jobs they cover
  • Find a signed agreement when you need it
