Dispatch & Work

Equipment tracking

ShippedGenerally available

Log equipment installed at customer properties.

Overview

Record HVAC units, water heaters, and other assets at each property. Technicians and office staff can find equipment history when quoting and servicing repeat visits.

What we're building

On a repeat visit, the first question is always what is installed here, which unit, what model, when it was last serviced. If that lives only in a tech's memory or an old paper file, every return trip starts from zero and quotes take longer to put together.

Thorbis lets you log the HVAC units, water heaters, and other assets installed at each customer property. Technicians and office staff can pull up that equipment history when quoting work or servicing a repeat visit, so the next person on site already knows what they are dealing with before they arrive.

It is for techs and office staff who service the same properties more than once and need the history to come with the address.

What you'll be able to do

  • Log equipment installed at a property
  • Record HVAC units, water heaters, and other assets
  • Tie equipment to the right property
  • Look up equipment history on repeat visits
  • Reference assets when quoting work
  • Give the next tech context before arrival
