Inventory & Price Book

Purchase orders

ShippedGenerally available

Create and track purchase orders for parts and materials.

Overview

Raise POs, follow status, and tie purchasing back to jobs and inventory. Purchasing uses the same dense work-table patterns as invoices and jobs.

What we're building

Buying parts without a paper trail makes it hard to know what's on order, what it costs, and which job it's for. Loose purchasing quietly leaks margin and time.

Purchase orders let you raise POs, follow their status, and tie purchasing back to the jobs and inventory they support. It uses the same dense work-table patterns as invoices and jobs, so your purchasing team works the way they already do elsewhere in Thorbis.

This is for teams that order materials regularly and want purchasing tracked against jobs and stock.
