Dispatch & Work
Technician workflows
Checklists, photos, and signatures built for techs in the field, so the job's done right and documented on site.
Overview
Techs work off paper, memory, and texts back to the office, and the proof of work shows up late or not at all. Thorbis is building field workflows with job checklists, photo capture, and on-site signatures made for the phone in a tech's hand. You'll standardize how every job gets done and capture the documentation while the tech is still on site, so callbacks and disputes drop.
What we're building
Techs run jobs off paper, memory, and texts back to the office, and the proof of work shows up late, or never. When a customer disputes what was done or a callback lands, there's nothing solid to point to, and the office is left rebuilding the story after the fact.
Thorbis is building field workflows with job checklists, photo capture, and on-site customer signatures, made for the phone in a tech's hand. Every job follows the same standardized steps, and the before-and-after photos and sign-off are captured while the tech is still on site, not entered hours later from a parking lot.
It's built for field techs and the dispatchers who depend on them, so every job gets done the same way and is documented as it happens, cutting callbacks and disputes with real proof of work.
