Universal Import Center

PlannedLater in 2026Design and architecture review

Migrate from Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, spreadsheets, or unknown exports, with inspection, mapping, dry runs, and safe rollback.

Overview

Switching platforms shouldn't be a leap of faith with your data. Thorbis is designing a Universal Import Center to bring records in from Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, spreadsheets, or even unfamiliar exports. You'll inspect the source, map fields, run a dry run to see exactly what lands, and roll back safely if it's not right, so you migrate with confidence instead of crossing your fingers.

What we're building

Switching platforms shouldn't be a leap of faith with your data. A botched import can scramble customers, jobs, and history with no clear way back, which is exactly why so many shops stay stuck on tools they've outgrown.

Thorbis is designing a Universal Import Center to bring records in from Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, spreadsheets, or even unfamiliar exports. You inspect the source, map its fields to Thorbis records, run a dry run to see exactly what will land, and roll back safely if it isn't right, so a migration is a controlled, reversible step instead of a one-shot gamble.

It's built for shops moving onto Thorbis that want to migrate with confidence instead of crossing their fingers and hoping the data survived.

What you'll be able to do

  • Import from Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, and spreadsheets
  • Handle unknown exports with inspection and mapping
  • Preview results with a dry run before committing
  • Roll back safely if an import isn't right
  • Map source fields to Thorbis records with confidence
  • Inspect your source data before mapping
  • See exactly what will land before you commit

How to send useful feedback

Name the blocked role

Product feedback is more useful when it names the owner, dispatcher, technician, office user, or customer affected.

Explain the workaround

Describe what your team does today and where the process fails under real work.

Define success

Share what would change after launch: time saved, fewer manual steps, cleaner records, or better customer follow-up.

Built for operators

A shared operating layer behind every page

Whether a buyer starts on an industry, feature, migration, or tool page, Thorbis routes the conversation back to the same product system: jobs, money, customers, and team work in one place.

01

One workspace

CRM, dispatch, estimates, invoices, payments, and reporting stay connected.

02

Unlimited users

Bring owners, office staff, dispatchers, techs, and managers into the same system.

03

Guided switch

Migration planning, validation, and cutover support are built into the buying path.
