Items agreed on a walkthrough vanish into phones. A punch item that is not on a record is a callback with your margin attached.

For the operating loop (dispatch, field work, invoicing, collecting, owner reports), yes, at a posted price with no per-seat math. The suite modules we have not shipped are on the roadmap in its own words, and the compare page keeps the score honestly.
Where are inventory and payroll?
Next on the roadmap: inventory for truck and warehouse stock, payroll in fixed worker bands, both posted before they run. We would rather tell you the stage than sell you the word.
Can we add people without renegotiating?
Yes. Twenty-five people or forty, the subscription is the same $99. Usage (the shop number, AI, payroll delivery when it ships) is metered at posted rates on top.
