$0 per tech. The crew is never a seat count.
The field app for pool and spa companies, native on iOS and Android at launch: the next stop full screen, Arrive in one tap, the book and the invoice on the same phone, and $0 per tech, because the crew is never a seat count.

The work
01
The route
Balanced weekly routes with drag-and-drop scheduling. Skips log their reason (locked gate, weather, vacation hold), and billing adjusts by your rules.
02
The water
Readings, photos, and dosing timestamped on the visit record: the proof for the customer, and for the health inspector.
03
The revenue
Equipment age tracked per pool. A pump past year eight becomes a proposal, not a note nobody reads again.
Why it matters
The whole job, one screen
The next stop full screen: the address, the history, the checklist, the book. Arrive is a thumb tap, not a radio call.
Paid before the truck leaves
Flat-rate to estimate to invoice on the same device, with card and signature capture on site, and Tap to Pay when it lands.
The office sees it live
Photos, signatures, and payments appear on the board the moment they happen. No envelope of paper riding home.
Pool service · Field app
Every screen answers to one test: does it hold up in a crawlspace, on a ladder, with one hand.
The old way
Paper logs leak money
A memorized route and a wet clipboard cannot prove a visit or defend an invoice.
“Did you come today?”
Without a visit record the customer can see, every skipped-looking week is a phone call.
The upsell drives past
Aging pumps and heaters at every stop, and no system that turns them into quotes.
Up close
01
Before the visit
Customer and equipment history load with the job, so the tech walks in knowing what was found last time.
02
On site
Checklists, photos, and notes attach to the job as the work happens. Documentation as a side effect, not a chore.
03
Built for real field conditions
Glove-sized targets, glare-tested contrast, and a design that assumes a crawlspace, not a desk.
Straight answers
What does Thorbis cost for pool and spa companies?
$99 per company per month, unlimited people, every module as it releases. Plus metered usage. $15 included each month. Nothing on this page is a tier.
Is the field app a separate module?
No. The field app is in Core, on the same record as the board, the estimate, and the invoice, so the pool-service job never leaves the system it started in.
Is it built for pool and spa companies specifically?
The record is the same for every trade; what changes is the work on it. For pool and spa companies that means the route, the water, and the revenue, which is the day this page is written around, and the sample rows on it are pool-service jobs.
Does each tech cost extra?
No. The field app is included for unlimited people. A new tech changes the crew, not the software bill.
iPhone or Android?
Both, native, in the App Store and Google Play at launch. A store delay moves the launch; we will not ship a web wrapper and call it native. A tech can switch devices without losing their place.
Can techs see company financials?
Only if you permit it. Role-based access keeps the money views with the people you choose.
