Thorbis is exploring an embeddable AI chat widget that answers website questions and captures visitors as leads, day or night. Conversations flow into your intake queue, some can book a job directly, and when a person needs to step in, the handoff carries the full context so the customer is not asked to repeat themselves. It is for contractors who get website traffic outside office hours and want to turn it into booked work.
