Voice-to-invoice and voice notes
Dictate line items after a job and get a draft invoice.
Overview
Housecall Pro lists Voice AI (voice to invoice) on its coming-soon roadmap. Early mover opportunity for Thorbis.
What we're building
After a job, a tech sitting in the truck would rather talk than tap through an invoice screen on a phone, so billing gets put off until the end of the day, or done sloppily.
Thorbis is exploring voice-to-invoice: the tech speaks the line items and quantities, and the system maps what they said to your price book and builds a draft invoice for them to review before it goes out. Voice notes can also be attached to the job timeline, so context isn't lost. For field techs who want to close out a job by talking, not typing.
What you'll be able to do
- Voice capture of line items and quantities
- Map spoken items to price book
- Draft invoice for tech review
- Attach voice note to job timeline
- Bill a job by speaking instead of typing
- Keep job context with attached voice notes
