Can we bring our ServiceTitan records?
API first. CSV if they will not give us one.. What comes over: customers, locations, jobs, appointments, estimates, invoices, payments, equipment, techs. Custom modules stay a limitation. Not two-way live sync. The full Pricebook needs a file if the API does not give it.
Is this comparison current?
The ServiceTitan side is read from its own pricing page or from what shops report, as of August 2026, and it says which. If ServiceTitan changes its model, this page is wrong until it is updated, and we would rather you check than trust a stale row.
