Ring group live E2E verification
Ring groups that simultaneously ring multiple team members until someone answers.
Overview
Ring groups are integrated in the live call orchestrator but still require final migration apply and production verification behind the phone platform flag.
What we're building
When a call comes in to a single line, it is easy to miss if that one person is busy or away, and a missed call can be a missed job.
Thorbis has ring groups that ring multiple team members at once and keep ringing the group until someone answers. Calls route to a team rather than a single line, so whoever is free can pick up first and fewer calls slip through.
It is for shops that want incoming calls covered by the team, not dependent on one person being at their desk.
What you'll be able to do
- Ring multiple team members at once on an incoming call
- Keep ringing the group until someone answers
- Reduce missed calls when one person is busy
- Route calls to a team rather than a single line
- Answer from whoever is available first

How to send useful feedback
Name the blocked role
Product feedback is more useful when it names the owner, dispatcher, technician, office user, or customer affected.
Explain the workaround
Describe what your team does today and where the process fails under real work.
Define success
Share what would change after launch: time saved, fewer manual steps, cleaner records, or better customer follow-up.
