Phone flow builder

In progressQ3 2026

Build your own call routing, business hours, and failover, no vendor tickets, no waiting days for a change.

Overview

Changing how calls route usually means filing a ticket with your phone vendor and waiting days for a simple tweak. Thorbis is building a phone flow builder so you can design call routing, business hours, and failover yourself. When your hours change or a number needs to ring somewhere new, you make the change and it's live, no middleman.

What we're building

Changing how your calls route usually means filing a ticket with the phone vendor and waiting days for a one-line change. When your hours shift or a number needs to ring somewhere new, that delay means missed calls and missed jobs.

Thorbis is building a phone flow builder so you design call routing, business hours, and failover yourself. Set after-hours handling, route by team or number or time of day, and configure what happens when a line goes unanswered, then publish and have it live immediately, no middleman. It is built for shops that need their phones to keep up with how they actually run, without waiting on a vendor for every tweak.

What you'll be able to do

  • Design call routing without vendor tickets
  • Set business-hours and after-hours handling
  • Configure failover when a line goes unanswered
  • Update flows yourself and go live immediately
  • Route by team, number, or time of day
  • Route after-hours calls to the right destination
  • Keep routing in step with how you actually run
