Dispatch and status notifications

ShippedGenerally available

Automatic texts and emails when job status changes.

Overview

Notify customers and technicians when jobs are dispatched, arrive, or complete. Configure which transitions send SMS or email so your team does not have to manually message every update.

What we're building

Customers want to know when a tech is on the way, and techs need to know when work changes hands, but messaging every update by hand doesn't scale and gets skipped on busy days.

Dispatch and status notifications send automatic texts and emails when jobs are dispatched, arrive, or complete. Configure which transitions send SMS or email so the right people are kept in the loop without anyone typing each message.

This is for teams that want consistent customer and tech updates without the manual effort.

What you'll be able to do

  • Send automatic texts and emails on status changes
  • Notify customers when jobs are dispatched, arrive, or complete
  • Notify technicians on status transitions
  • Configure which transitions send SMS or email
  • Cut manual update messaging
