Acceptable Use Policy
What may not be done with the Service: messaging, telephony, payments, AI, and security.

Scope
This policy applies to everyone using the Service. Customers are responsible for their Authorized Users' and end customers' compliance. Examples are illustrative, not exhaustive.

Prohibited content and conduct
No unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, threatening, abusive, or obscene content. No malware, no impersonation, no export-control violations.

Messaging and anti-spam
Texts and email must comply with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and carrier 10DLC rules: prior consent, accurate sender identity, opt-outs honored immediately, no carrier-restricted content. You, not Thorbis, decide who to contact, what to send, and when; consent is yours to hold.

Telephony
No unlawful robocalling or autodialing, no caller-ID spoofing, no spam calling, and no recording without legally required consent.

Payments
Lawful transactions only. No illegal businesses, money laundering, card testing, fraud, or evasion of processor rules.

AI and automation
AI features may not generate unlawful or deceptive content, and automation may not circumvent consent, opt-outs, or rate limits.

Security and integrity
No unauthorized access, unapproved penetration testing, scraping, or infrastructure overload. Vulnerabilities go to security@thorbis.com. Good-faith reports are welcome.

Fair use and resale
The Service is for your own business. Reselling, sublicensing, or operating it as a service for third parties requires written permission.

Enforcement
Thorbis may investigate, remove content, throttle, suspend, or terminate, immediately where necessary. Abuse reports go to abuse@thorbis.com.
