September 6, 2026: Kobbe (website visit analytics) added; Anthropic listed as the model provider behind the Vercel AI Gateway. August 26, 2026: Sentry (error and performance monitoring) and PostHog (product analytics and session replay) added. The DPA promises notice of material subprocessor changes; this section is that notice.

What a subprocessor is
Subprocessors are third parties that process personal data to help Thorbis provide the Service. The core list applies to all accounts; feature-specific providers process data only if you turn the corresponding feature on.

Core subprocessors
Engaged for every account, primarily hosted in the United States:
- Supabase: database and authentication hosting
- Stripe: payment processing, billing, and payouts
- Vercel: application hosting and delivery
- Vercel AI Gateway: AI model access
- Anthropic: AI model provider, reached through the Vercel AI Gateway
- Telnyx: telephony, voice and SMS
- Resend: transactional email delivery
- Sentry: error and performance monitoring
- PostHog: product analytics and session replay
- Kobbe: website visit analytics
- Plaid: bank account verification
- Google: analytics, maps, geocoding, and sign-in
- Upstash: background queueing and rate limiting
- Vercel BotID: bot and abuse detection

Feature-specific providers
Engaged only when the feature is on: financing lenders (third parties, named when the agreements exist); address, property, and permit data providers; and transcription providers. If you never turn on the corresponding feature, the provider does not process data for your account.

Changes and notice
Material new subprocessors come with reasonable notice. Legal and contract questions go to legal@thorbis.com; privacy requests to privacy@thorbis.com.
